Terms of Service & Subscription Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to GoalDog. By using our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
2. Standard EULA
GoalDog uses the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). By using this app, you agree to its terms.
3. Subscription Services & Automatic Renewal
GoalDog offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Plans: We offer Weekly and Annual subscription plans.
- Pricing: Prices are displayed within the app and may vary by region. Standard pricing is $0.99/week or $19.99/year (approximate, subject to App Store pricing tiers).
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings any time after purchase.
- Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Lifetime Purchase
We also offer a one-time "Lifetime" purchase. This is a non-consumable purchase that grants permanent access to premium features and does not expire or renew.
5. Refunds
All financial transactions are handled by Apple. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support through your purchase history or the "Report a Problem" page.
